• During summer time minimal rental period is at least 3 nights.
• After making resevation and receiving confirmation please pay within 24 hours advance payment  – 30 %  of the total price. The recipient  Egle Adomaviciene, bank account   LT497300010145814909. If payment is not received on time reservation could be cancelled.
•  The remaining amount is payable at the arrival by cash or by credit card.
• Arrival time from  15 pm.  Leaving time before  12 pm.
• The guest should present his/her ID.
• We take 50 EUR deposit which is returned if no damage is made.
• Smoking in the appartments is strongly forbidden.
• We regret, but we do not allow pets.
• If damage is done during the stay it should be compensated before leaving.

Guest should respect the rest of others and quietness.
