• During the summer, apartments are rented for at least 3 nights.
• After reserving the apartment and receiving confirmation, please pay 30%. all amounts within 24 hours to bank account LT497300010145814909, recipient Eglė Adomavičienė. If payment is not received on time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
• The remaining amount is paid on the day of arrival. 
• On the day of arrival, we welcome guests from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask guests to leave by 12 noon.
• Guest must provide their ID.
• Guests are charged a EUR 100 "cleaning and damage" deposit, which is returned upon departure if everything is ok.
• Smoking is prohibited in the apartments.
• Sorry, but we do not accept dogs or cats.
• If material damage is caused due to the guest's fault, they must compensate for it before leaving.
• Guests must respect the rest and peace of other guests.
